I was recently given the tremendous opportunity to visit and live in the Yucatan for a while. So, a couple days ago I arrived (with all the necessities of a long trip), including, of course my camera.
The weather is very different from what I’m used to this time of year. It’s been in the 80s or so with higher humidity than I’m used to…but what a pleasure it has been. The low 80s is ever so much more pleasant then the the low 50s.
Yesterday, we took a drive out to Progreso, Yucatan for a quick stop. Such a lovely white sandy beach, with a clear view of the longest pier in the world. I plan to go again and do some shots of the pier and more of the beach, but this trip I spotted one of the bikes (trikes?) that are so popular down here on the beach waiting for the days catch.
I’m still editing for the final, but wanted to share sooner rather than later.
